Large Christmas Tree Dough Bowl Candles are perfect for any decor style and makes a beautiful gift this Holiday season! Our handmade, tree shaped thick carved Spanish oak wood dough bowl are large in size 9″ x 13″ x 1.5″ and holds approximately 18-20 oz of wax. Features 5 all natural cotton wicks, coconut soy wax, and fragrance infused natural essential oils.

Scent: Christmas Memories (literally Christmas in a candle)-see full description and ingredients displayed in pictures. 

**NOTE: They will come adorned with flowers and ribbon accents-may differ from picture depending on availability in stock.

General Information

-We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, and weekends, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our location.

-Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.

-If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us at OrdersGABB@hotmail.com and we would be happy to help you.

-If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses.

-We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

-We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

-Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 10 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

Domestic Shipping Information

-Our shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

-Free standard shipping with estimated delivery within 6 business days.

-Orders over $99 that ship free will do so under the most economical shipping method, which can include but is not limited to services available through USPS or UPS.


-Paid Ground shipping with estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

-Paid 2 Day Express shipping with estimated delivery within 2 business days.

-Paid 1 Day Express shipping with estimated delivery within 1 business day. 

-Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.

-You may upgrade to various UPS and USPS shipping options. Rates are calculated live using our discounted rates. These packages are processed the same day if order is placed before NOON PM EST. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
UPS Ground can take 5-7 business days for delivery. Expedited UPS shipping options are available on the checkout page.

-Delivery dates for ‘Free’ and ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our location.

-Once the package has left our location, Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.

-If your Express order is placed after 3pm EST, then it is set to ship out next business day. Please contact us at OrdersGABB@hotmail.com if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.

Return & Exchange Eligibility Requirements

 Defects or Damaged Items:  

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.  Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: ReturnsGABB@hotmail.com.
  • All defects and issues must be notified via email within that day window and must include the order number and images of the issue.

  • Any item defects found after days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a 25% restocking fee to be returned.

  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it. 

As stated during sales, Sale purchases are FINAL SALE and can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Order Alterations, Cancellations, and Shipping Upgrades:

To alter, cancel, or upgrade shipping an order you must email ReturnsGABB@hotmail.com within 1 hour of the order being placed. Alterations, cancellations, and shipping upgrades can only be completed during our standard customer service hours (Monday - Friday 10:00 - 4:00 PM EST).  An alteration, cancellation, or shipping upgrade request received after the 1 hour window, or outside customer service hours, cannot be guaranteed and may still ship out per our shipping guidelines.

Returns:

  • Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no deodorant, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return. IF THE ITEM DOES NOT MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST.
  • Final Sale items will NOT be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
                 -Intimates (bralettes) and Jewelry.
  -Sale items.
  -Outfit of the Week.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
  • Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our location. For returned items past the 15 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the amount given. The 15 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 15 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only for the same item in different size or color. Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange will be possible. 
  • Exchanges must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item you return must meet all of the return guidelines listed above.
  • Please provide the order # for faster service and add Exchange in the subject line.
  • Ship your return item back. Once we receive the return item (please allow up to 7 business days for processing), we will ship out your new item.
  • If we have the item to exchange we will do so, if not we will apply a credit to your account, you will get an email stating a credit has been applied, please do not email asking what its for, keep track of your exchanges and returns so you know what it would pertain to.

To ship back your order: 

  • We do not provide free return shipping. 

  • If possible utilize the mailer bag for clothing.

  • Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is recommended. 

  • Include the original packing slip or your name and email address (one used to place order) in the return. You may ship back multiple orders in the same package as long as you include the packing slips for each order.
